well after being raised in a kitchen and having my first cuts in a kitchen it in my blood, eventualy i moved from jamaica to miami were at the age of sixteen i worked at the top catering company in florida then at the age of eighteen went to culinary school. After graduating i did my externship with disney after disney i worked at the gaylord palms, and i am curently working at normans under one of the greatest minds and artistry in the culinary world.
